By submitting and approving a custom Precision Risers order, the customer agrees to the following terms:

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including case size, dimensions, colors, logos, quantities, and any other requested customization.

The Collectors Supply will produce the order based on the specifications approved by the customer. Please review all details carefully before approving your order.

Pricing

Precision Riser sets generally start at $100–$130, depending on case size and configuration.

Optional customization may include:

One time logo fee: +10

Engraved logo: +$15

Full-case custom color: +$20

Full logo package (Color): +$35

Middle column logo only (Color): +$15

Pricing for full-color logos may vary depending on the number of colors required.

Additional or uncommon color requests may also affect pricing if the requested material is not currently in stock.

A final price will be provided and approved before production begins.

Deposit

A deposit will be required before production begins. Deposit amounts are determined based on the size, value, and customization requirements of the order.

Production will not begin until the required deposit has been received and the order specifications have been approved.

Order Changes

Once the deposit has been received and production has begun, the order is considered finalized.

Any requested changes after this point must be approved by The Collectors Supply and may result in:

Additional material costs

Production delays

A revised completion date

Some changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Production Time

Estimated production time will be provided after the order details and quantity have been reviewed.

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Larger orders, complex customization, material availability, equipment issues, or other unforeseen production circumstances may require additional time.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer updated on the status of the order.

Returns & Refunds

Because Precision Risers are produced and customized specifically for each customer, custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.

If there is an issue with your completed order, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping charges will be calculated when the order is finalized or at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

3D-Printed Product Disclaimer

Precision Risers are manufactured using 3D-printed thermoplastic materials.

Minor variations in layer lines, surface texture, or finish are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

To help prevent warping or damage, avoid exposing the product to excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or other high-temperature environments.

Approval

Before production begins, the customer will receive confirmation of the final configuration, customization, pricing, and any required deposit.

Payment of the required deposit or approval of the finalized order indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
